I’m a certified leadership coach with 18+ years’ experience in international HR leadership, and many chapters living and working around the world. I believe in practical kindness, curious questions, and helping people take real ownership of their growth—whatever currents they’re facing.

With 1,000+ hours of coaching, I’ve worked with clients at all organizational levels—from new managers to senior executives—across Fortune 100, Fortune 500, CAC40 companies, startups, and NGOs.
